An organization is a number of people doing joint co-ordination in their expertise to reach to a certain target with success. A business can be formed by one or multiple persons, but it only reaches its objectives when it is handled by team of Individual's making a joint effort on daily basis with an aim to achieve higher and higher. The quality of work can be boosted with team efforts, also the production rate or the output rate increase. This indirectly means that the organization is heading for its objectives in a shorter period.


As human's, our DNA is different indeed but our way to approach to a certain objective is also different. Every one of us has different idea's which in a team environment could be made a part of the approach to achieve the set objectives. This also enable's the individual to feel that an individual is a part of the setup which encourages him to work harder to achieve his daily objectives that in turn benefits the whole organization.   • Individuals become creative and can learn: By exchanging information of their team members they can produce new conclusions to solve a particular problem. Secondly, every individual has a different skill which they can master from them and put it in their skill inventory.

  • Builds trust: Several different parts of the system run in correspondence to ensure the system runs smoothly. When working in a team, this builds trust among individual's which is also a source from where the new ideas can be generated. The employee's also learn by their mistakes when they fail especially when they can figure out how how a single mistake can affect the whole team.
